At Anchor Music Therapy, we believe music has a unique power to reach us, to ground us and help us grow and connect. Whether life feels overwhelming, communication feels difficult, or you are simply looking for a different kind of support, music therapy offers something words alone sometimes cannot.

We are a team of HCPC-registered music therapists working with individuals across London, in homes, schools, hospitals, and care settings. Every session is tailored to the person in front of us.

Music therapy, to help you become your best self.

What is music therapy?

Music therapy is a clinically evidenced, HCPC-regulated health profession. Using music-making, listening, improvisation, and creative exploration, a trained music therapist works with a client to support their emotional, cognitive, physical, and social wellbeing.

You do not need to be musical. You do not need any prior experience of music. Music therapy meets you exactly where you are.
